Business Models Workshop Series
Join CBN and the St. Louis Promise Zone for a workshop series for place-based organizations to develop business models that support their organizations and the neighborhoods they serve.
Segment 1: Residential Real Estate
Saturdays at 11:00 am - March 13 through April 3
The application period is now closed, but if you’re interested in learning more about this workshop segment or future segments, please reach out to Fatimah Muhammad or Jenny Connelly-Bowen.
We invite place-based organizations that are working on or preparing for residential real estate projects to learn about real estate finance, legal considerations, design concerns for health and safety, and key partnerships to keep in mind. Participants who complete the segment will be paired with an advisor to support a real estate project review.
Special thanks to ULI St. Louis for sharing their Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) curriculum with us for our Finance workshop!
