Are you and your organization ready to advance Racial Equity?

Forward Through Ferguson is kicking off our “Build Racial Equity Capacity” strategy in 2020 and there are two opportunities for organizations, schools, corporations, and institutions across the St. Louis region to learn more and get involved. At either session, we invite you to meet FTF’s new staff and hear about new capacity-building opportunities, such as the return of the Racial Equity Roundtable, the #STL2039 Workshops, FTF’s Racial Equity Capacity Assessment, DEI Community of Practice, and more! And, meet Faybra Hemphill, our new Director of Racial Equity Capacity.

Registration is FREE but required so we can provide a light meal! Sign up here today!

FTF acts as a wayfinder, not as a replacement for trainers. We help people and institutions find their starting point, strategize the journey forward, create next practices, and discover how to be a radically accountable partner in change.

2020 will mark six years since the killing of Michael Brown, Jr., and the spark of the community-led uprising that informed the Ferguson Commission Report. FTF has grown and is proud to welcome new board members and staff who are passionate and dedicated to assisting our region’s “muscle-building” to dismantle the systemic conditions that set the stage for the unrest. Racial Equity is not an abstract idea, but a necessary calling to restore collective humanity for us all.
