The Board of Directors of a nonprofit are critical to a high performing organization. They are even more critical now in this season with business models being challenged as a result of COVID-19 and nonprofit organizations needing to rethink their programmatic priorities, impact in the community and funding priorities in this new normal.
Board of Directors help organizations to explore emerging issues, address critical concerns of the viability of programs, set goals and priorities. This training will focus on understanding the roles and responsibilities of Board of Directors and best practices on Board Development.
