You are invited to join Crossroads Antiracism Organizing and Training on December 3-5, 2019 for the workshop Understanding and Analyzing Systemic Racism.

This workshop takes an in-depth look into institutional, cultural, and individual manifestations of racism. Using a variety of interactive tools, it explores the historical development of institutional racism and its continuing impact. Strategic methods of dismantling systemic racism within institutions will be introduced.
