The St. Louis Promise Zone has partnered with Urban Land Institute, Heartland St. Louis Black Chamber of Commerce and Midwest Bank Centre to bring Promise Zone residents a series of workshops covering the basics of equitable community development.

This six-month series is designed to give residents the tools they need to pursue development opportunities within their own communities, using best practices for partnerships and building with the community for the community.
