Omari, a distinguished speaker recognized as a Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Top 100 People to Know for his outstanding work in Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion. Dr. Omari will lead participants through the discovery process of recognizing and responding to bias and combatting microaggressions.

The presentation will empower participants to explore, understand, and acknowledge their biases. With a goal to neutralize, pivot, and own our biases, participants will learn to shift your responses in situations where biases exist. 

Then, Dr. Omari will show participants how bias is connected to and can lead to microaggressions, and how they can show up inside and outside of the workplace. Attendees will gain understandings around how microaggressions impact people, personally and professionally, and leave with a common understanding of what microaggressions are, how they can play out, and what you can do to curb them.
