Molly Mead of Praxis Consulting will discuss how Racial Equity and DEI are similar and different. She’ll also share elements from a tool the New England Alliance regional group is developing that provides questions consultants can ask themselves and clients at every stage of consulting to advance racial equity in the client organization. Session will include small group work so attendees can discuss our own successes and challenges in incorporating Racial Equity into their work.
