The 2020 Landlord Training is a Northside-Southside Collaboration between North Newstead Association, The Vacancy Collaborative, and Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC. This FREE training is open to all landlords, property managers, rehabbers, developers, and interested parties. This facility is ADA compliant. Workshop participants will learn about Creating a Pro Forma from Carnell Harris, owner of C.A.S.H. Property Investments, Brotherhood Services, a general contracting & plumbing company, and board member of Bridges Not Walls. John Kennedy, owner of the St. Louis Equity Fund and Gateway Community Development Finance Institution, will discuss Finance Options when Comps Come Up Short. A pro forma is a financial statement, based on assumptions and projections, used to inform decision-making and reporting to owners, investors, or creditors.
