The City of St. Louis is soliciting comments on a Draft Substantial Amendment to its 2015–2019 Consolidated Plan/2019 Annual Action Plan. The Substantial Amendment proposes the reprogramming of $4.97 million Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds allocated and unspent in previous funding years.
