The City of St. Louis is hosting a public hearing about how they plan to spend their federal CARES Act stimulus funds from the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).

Funding programs open to public comment include:

• Community Development Block Grant-CV

• Emergency Solutions Grants-CV

• Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS-CV

This is an opportunity for any to speak up about housing and housing-related needs in the City of St. Louis.

To submit written comments during the public review for either the Substantial Amendment or the amended Citizen Participation Plan, e-mail them to Matt Moak moakm@stlouis-mo.gov no later than July 10, 2020, 5 p.m.
