The RAISE discretionary grant program (Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity) has awarded Great Rivers Greenway $15 million in construction funds to support completion of the northern segment of the Brickline Greenway, from Fairground Park to Forest Park Avenue.
