This is a regular meeting of the City of St. Louis Tax Increment Financing Commission. The agenda contains two main items.

2. TIF Annual Report

   • An annual report is being presented to the TIF Commission. Pages 8 to 12 of the agenda packet contain Board Bill no. 178, introduced at the 12/6/19 Board of Aldermen meeting. Projects are reviewed for satisfactory progress at 5 year intervals following the original passage of legislation.

   • The Northside Regeneration TIF Project (Paul McKee) is included in the annual report; the project was approved in 2009.
