Dutchtown South Community Corporation (DSCC) is hosting a neighborhood leadership academy for residents in South St. Louis city, particularly Benton Park West, Gravois Park, and Dutchtown. The leadership academy is designed for residents to grow skills for implementation of the Gravois Jefferson Historic Neighborhoods Plan, adopted in May 2018 by the City's planning commission.

These activities are funded in part by a grant from HUD via the St. Louis Community Development Administration and InvestSTL, an initiative the St. Louis Community Foundation.

Workshop 2 - Site Plan Review
This workshop will teach participants how to understand and evaluate site plan options; what are the implications for development? How can plan review benefit other aspects of a community (i.e. transportation, beautification)? The workshop will provide examples of site plans for both rehabilitation and new construction projects for participants to review and discuss.
