Beyond Housing would like to invite you to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of Pine Lawn Manor, 41 newly constructed single family homes along Beachwood and Oakwood. The $10.5 million project has brought additional investment in quality affordable housing in the Pine Lawn community. Project partners include Missouri Housing Development Commission, St. Louis Equity Fund, Enterprise, EM Harris Construction Company, Art & Architecture, TPI Group LLC, City of Pine Lawn, and many others.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 4211 Oakwood, Pine Lawn, MO 63121. The event will include remarks from elected officials, residents, and Beyond Housing, and will conclude with an open house of 4211 Oakwood.
