St. Louis City Consolidated Plan Public Meetings

  • O'Fallon Park Rec Plex 4343 West Florissant Avenue St. Louis, MO, 63107 (map)

The City of St. Louis is seeking input from City of St. Louis residents. Come to the public meeting to comment on the 2020 - 2024 Consolidated Plan. This plan is how the City applies for, receives, and distributes funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for four programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs.

Over the next five years, the City of St. Louis can receive up to $100 million in HUD funding. Your responses to this survey will help the City set its priorities around housing, public improvements, economic development, and other essential services.
