LinkStL, along with community partner ND&S Management Co. and students from the Brown School of Social Work, organized the 2016 Spooktacular for the second consecutive year. On what is the most dangerous day of the year, Halloween, families joined to walk the streets safely for the first Halloween (trick-or-treating) event. More than 200 residents joined in as 32 homes and 5 organizations created a route for youth to trick-or-treat.
