The 2nd Annual Super Heroes of the West Side is a Halloween Block Party for the young and young at heart neighborhood in the West Side. Music, food, giveaways, games are presented in a family-fun neighborhood atmosphere. Presented in collaboration with Wellston Loop Community Development Corp. Kids under 16 come dressed as a super hero and enter a raffle to win prizes! Canceled if raining.

Volunteers are needed to donate books, warm hats, gloves, scarves, and mittens for the little ones.
