Historic Preservation consultant, Karen Bode Baxter will discuss Missouri & Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credits, the Neighborhood Preservation program; eligibility, how to apply, the types of projects in the STL area that have used these credits, typical timeline, and how to determine if your property is in a historic district.
Certified Public Accountant, Ann Holtshouser, of Brown-Smith-Wallace, will prepare us for the bookkeeping side of tax credits. Also, learn about tax abatement and how to apply.
The 2019 Landlord Training is a Northside-Southside Collaboration between North Newstead Association and Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC. This FREE training is open to all landlords, property managers, developers, and interested parties. This facility is ADA compliant.
